We are seeking a high-performance Regional Sales Manager with a proven track record, who will be responsible for developing, managing, and growing a geographic territory through effective management of specific sales activities designed to drive net new revenue, strategic business partnerships, effective networking, and penetration of the current account base within the region. This person will be responsible for positioning Metrasens technology into the Healthcare market with several call points in to Security departments, MRI, risk management, procurement, and with the Executive team and C-Suite. The ideal candidate has a hunter’s mentality and a strong history of taking accounts through the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing. Time and territory management are a crucial part to the success of this role as you will be working remote in a large geographic territory.

You will have the ability to think outside the box, be creative, and find new and innovative ways within your region to increase the Metrasens Brand, and grow your customer base.

Our extensive onboarding and training program will enable the candidate to position and sell Metrasens technology with key prospects and partners, while working with a “High performance” team, to make an immediate impact. KPI’s are focused on prospecting, time & territory management, product demonstrations, closing new business and growing the existing customer base. Engaging with all internal and external stakeholders to support the sales process critical to driving revenue and achieving activity and productivity objectives.

Roles & Responsibilities

Driving sales activities daily/weekly/monthly in pursuit of revenue growth within the region by leveraging our market position,
competitive landscape and desire for safety enhancements in Healthcare, and through our World-Class advanced detection technology

  • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity KPIs through adhering to our ‘Recipe for Success’ model
  • Create an executable business plan with predictable forecasts by product segment
  • Deliver “SPG” sustainable profitable growth on a consistent monthly basis
  • Conducting extensive product demonstrations through a benefit, value driven approach to end users, security professionals, Executive teams, MRI staff/management, and any other internal customer stakeholders
  • Achieve or exceed corporate objectives aligned with Metrasens annual operating plans
  • Effectively engage cross functional teams with opportunities critical to securing new business
  • Manage all opportunities and account information through [please apply online] Effective research & planning, for successful implementation of strategic initiatives within territory
  • Build an executable sales pipeline 3-5x of defined revenue targets
  • Utilize a “Strategic Account Management” process to effectively manage and communicate opportunities with all key stakeholders.
  • Effective management of a “Complex Sales Process” by engaging and presenting Metrasens value proposition to all internal stakeholders within the Healthcare system

Required Experience & Skills

  • Excellent communicator both verbal and written with a strong attention to detail
  • Winning, positive attitude with a customer, company first mentality
  • Minimum five years of experience and demonstrated success in Sales/Marketing or Business Development in the B2B marketplace. Experience selling capital equipment in the healthcare field, particularly to diagnostic imaging (MRI) and/or behavioral health field, preferred but not required
  • Proven ability to secure large enterprise opportunities generating “Step Growth”
  • Ability to deliver a strategic value proposition at all levels of an organization
  • Proven ability to manage a technical sales process that includes both hardware and software
  • Strong experience presenting and negotiating at the C-Level both internal and external
  • Strong background in the security industry working with both end-users and integrators preferred
  • Successful track record of exceeding set targets and business objectives
